Forest-edge stays and thoughtfully planned safaris near Tadoba.
Read the forest better·Return with more than a tiger sighting
The place
A small, low-footprint stay at the forest edge — built by people who spend real time in this landscape.
At the boundary of the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve — circular yurts, a living food garden, a watch tower, fire under open sky. Not a commercial resort. We help you read Tadoba, not just tick a tiger off a list. For those who want to understand the forest, not just pass through it.

Near Tadoba
Minutes from the forest. Thoughtfully located for safari access and quieter forest-edge living.
Thoughtfully planned safaris
We help with gates, zones, timing and expectations. No false promises.
Slower forest living
Less rushing. More observing. More time to experience the landscape.
Quiet, solar-run, and built for people who want to slow down. Circular yurts shaped for cool, low-impact living; shared spaces that pull everyone around one fire at the end of a drive.
"We came for a tiger. We left having learned to listen to the whole forest."

Practical detail
Everything a first-time guest wants to know before reaching out.
Safari planning · core & buffer
A safari is more than a permit — the right gate, zone, season and pacing all matter. We plan core and buffer drives around conditions, movement and what you're hoping for. We never promise tiger sightings — only a richer, calmer, better-informed forest.
Core zones sit deep inside the reserve; buffer zones ring it and are often quieter — sometimes just as rewarding. We choose the right mix for your dates and what you hope to see.
Permits and gate selection, zone strategy, drive timing, guide and gypsy coordination, and a realistic plan for your group — handled end-to-end.
Drives run early morning and late afternoon. Summer concentrates wildlife around water; cooler months are gentler and greener. Each season shows a different forest.
Come without a checklist. A single alarm call or a fresh pugmark is part of the story — tiger or no tiger. Patience is rewarded here at any age.
The low, raking light at the edges of the day is everything. We plan zones and timing around the frame you're after, not just the sighting.
Calmer pacing, shorter options when needed, and a naturalist who keeps younger travellers curious throughout the drive.

Why here
One of central India's great tiger landscapes — and one of the most rewarding places to simply spend time in.
Among India's finest
A respected tiger reserve, rich in prey, predators and dense dry-deciduous forest.
Core & buffer
Both zones run drives; the buffer stays open through the monsoon when the core rests.
More than tigers
Leopard, sloth bear, dhole, gaur and a loud, living birdscape. The forest is never empty.

The wider vision · Sri Antra
What you book today is a stay and a safari. Behind it is a longer idea: a living forest-edge ecosystem, measured stewardship, and a nature-led learning programme. Revealed last, on purpose.

Life Systems Academy · Ages 10–15
A nature-led, field-based programme that builds eight real-world capabilities through living ecosystems. It begins with young learners and grows with them.
The Eight Capabilities
8:37 PM. The sambar calls echo and a tiger growls a few yards away. At Iddav WildStay, nature comes alive.
Why this exists
For over two decades I built businesses. For five years, my mornings have belonged to the edge of Tadoba. Sri Antra Tadoba is where those two halves meet. We are not selling a view of a tiger; we are offering a way of seeing.
